Asset strategies

Three structures. Distinct rights. One disciplined approach.

Real assets, club deals and bonds are not variations of one product. Each has its own legal form, its own audience and its own documentation. This page is here to help you identify which one matches your objective.

Asset strategies

Choose the structure that matches your objective.

Compare what you participate in, the legal and administrative form, and who each structure is intended for. Digital administration supports the records; it does not define the rights.

Selected physical assets reviewed before admission to co-ownership

Real Assets

What you participate in
Direct co-ownership of a selected physical asset.
Legal and administrative form
Co-ownership documented directly between co-owners, with participations administered digitally.
Intended audience and access
From €10,000, always subject to the specific opportunity documentation and onboarding checks.
A private operation presented to a restricted circle of investors

Club Deals

What you participate in
Participation in one identified private operation through a dedicated vehicle.
Legal and administrative form
Shares or quotas of the vehicle; the official shareholder register and transaction documents prevail.
Intended audience and access
Invitation and selective access for eligible professional investors. Terms are defined for each operation.
Institutional documentation reviewed before a private debt issuance is presented

Bonds & Private Debt

What you participate in
A contractual debt position in a selected issuance.
Legal and administrative form
Rights governed by the instrument and issuance documentation, with the issuer's official register authoritative.
Intended audience and access
Professional investors within the meaning of applicable regulation; documentation is provided on request.

How Altherum evaluates an opportunity.

The same four stages apply across the three structures. What changes is the evidence each one requires.

  1. 01

    Preliminary fit

The asset, operation or issuance is examined against our mandate, the jurisdictions involved and the profile of investors it could be presented to.

  2. 02

    Specialist review

Independent expertise is engaged where relevant — appraisal and authentication for physical assets, legal and credit review for operations and issuances.

  3. 03

    Structure and documentation

The legal form is defined and the documentation is prepared: rights, restrictions, horizon and risk factors are stated there, opportunity by opportunity.

  4. 04

    Administration and monitoring

Participations, reporting and servicing are administered professionally, with digital records supporting the authoritative register.

Legal and administrative form

Rights are defined by the transaction documentation.

  • What you hold, how long you may hold it and how proceeds are distributed are set out in the documentation of the specific opportunity.
  • Digital administration keeps an auditable record of participations. Where a digital record and the authoritative register differ, the register prevails.
  • Eligibility, access conditions and minimum participation are defined opportunity by opportunity, and verification applies before documentation is shared.
  • Private-market investments involve risk, including the loss of capital. Nothing on this page is an offer, a solicitation or investment advice.
