Professional partners

Alternative opportunities that complement the advisory relationship.

Altherum works with family offices, private banks, wealth managers and selected professional partners who want documented access to real assets, club deals and private-debt opportunities — without stepping between advisor and client.

Participation is selective and defined transaction by transaction. Eligibility, rights and conditions come from the documentation of each opportunity.

Audience

Who Altherum works with.

Four professional profiles, each with a different reason to look at structured alternative opportunities.

Family offices

Curated access to real assets and private-market opportunities within a diversified patrimonial strategy, with documentation and reporting prepared to institutional standards.

Private banks

A differentiating source of alternative opportunities, structured with clear legal documentation, defined custody arrangements and identifiable investor rights, complementing the bank's own offering.

Wealth managers and advisors

Structured opportunities and supporting materials that enrich the advisory conversation while the advisor remains at the center of the client relationship.

Institutional partners

Selected co-operation on structuring, distribution or origination, defined case by case on its own commercial terms.

Practical value

What we provide to professional partners.

What arrives on your desk, and in what form.

A selected opportunity flow

Real assets, club deals and private-debt opportunities, each presented with its structure, its intended audience and its access conditions.

Institutional-grade documentation

Transaction documentation, eligibility parameters and risk factors set out clearly enough to support your internal review.

Coordination with your framework

Engagement designed to work alongside your existing onboarding, custody and compliance arrangements rather than around them.

Materials for client conversations

Approved presentation materials, written for professional discussion and kept free of performance promises.

Your relationship

How the client relationship remains protected.

Professional advisors reviewing documentation in a meeting

The advisory relationship stays yours. Altherum does not seek to replace the advisor, the private bank or the family office in the client relationship; engagement runs through the professional partner unless you ask otherwise.

Only approved Altherum materials may be used with clients, and no member of our team provides personalised investment advice on your behalf. Eligibility and participation are governed by the documentation of each opportunity.

A limited number of professional introducers and ambassadors support the initial engagement with qualified counterparties. The framework is selective and documented: a written agreement, prior verification, approved materials only, no personalised advice and no promise of returns. Any compensation is governed solely by that signed agreement.

Private-market investments involve risk. Each opportunity is governed by its own documentation.

Working together

A documented route from interest to opportunity.

Four steps, from a first conversation to a client participation.

  1. 01

    Introductory conversation

We discuss your client base, your mandate and the type of opportunity that would be relevant.

  2. 02

    Partner onboarding

Where a formal relationship is appropriate, the terms are set out in writing and the usual verification is completed once.

  3. 03

    Opportunity review

You receive the structure, documentation, eligibility parameters and risk factors of the relevant opportunity.

  4. 04

    Participation and follow-up

Where a client proceeds, participation is documented and administered, with reporting defined by the transaction documentation.
