Asset owners & originators

Present an asset or transaction for preliminary review.

For owners and originators of physical assets, club deals or SPVs, and bonds or notes seeking a documented, disciplined pathway to structuring and qualified investor access.

Submission opens a preliminary review only. It is not an acceptance, an admission, a listing or an offer of any kind.

Scope

What Altherum considers.

Three defined submission pathways.

Specialist reviewing documents and records at a desk

Physical asset

Fine art, gems, rare whisky, collectible watches, memorabilia and comparable tangible assets suitable for professional custody and a defined participation structure.

Club deal or SPV

A structured transaction organized through a special-purpose vehicle, with documented economics, governance, decision rights and exit mechanics.

Bond or note

A debt instrument with a defined issuer, terms, seniority, security package where applicable, and identifiable investor protections.

Process

How preliminary review works.

Four stages, each concluded before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Initial submission

You share a concise description of the asset, project or transaction with the preliminary supporting materials you already hold.

  2. 02

    Preliminary fit

We assess whether the proposal fits the current pipeline, our structuring capabilities and investor mandate. Identity, ownership and signing authority are verified at this stage.

  3. 03

    Document and expert review

Independent expertise is engaged where relevant to examine title, provenance, valuation, and technical or legal documentation.

  4. 04

    Structuring and decision

Where a proposal advances, we define the legal wrapper, custody arrangements and participation economics. A formal decision is communicated at the close of review.

Preparation

Documentation that helps us assess fit.

The scope depends on the pathway and the proposal; further materials may be requested as review progresses.

  • Identity of the submitting party and signing authority
  • Evidence of ownership, title or mandate
  • Description of the asset or transaction, with photographs where relevant
  • Provenance, authenticity and certificates where relevant
  • Valuation and supporting economic data
  • Custody, storage, insurance and environmental information
  • Legal and technical documentation
  • Identified risks, dependencies and known constraints

Important

Submission does not imply acceptance or listing.

Every submission receives the same disciplined scrutiny, and the outcome is never presumed.

  • A submission creates no obligation for Altherum to accept, structure, admit or present the asset or transaction.
  • Preliminary review is not a valuation, an authentication, an admission or a public listing.
  • Acceptance, structuring and any resulting rights are set out only in the transaction documentation ultimately agreed.
  • Review may end at any stage, and the reasons for a decision may not always be disclosed.
